Job Title: Talent Acquisition, Development & HR Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition, Development & HR Project Specialist to join our Human Resources Department from January 2025.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition, Development & HR Project Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for managerial and specialist positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will also have a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of potential candidates for future openings.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.

Development:

Organize internal training programs and cooperate with training companies.

Analyze training needs, plan, and coordinate courses.

Coordinate the internship program in cooperation with schools and universities.

HR Project Management:

Manage various HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing.

Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.

Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR project management.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Desirable experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

Skills:

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Language:

Minimum Advance level of English.
