About the Role:

Aloha's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People Operations department, you will be responsible for driving our employer branding and hiring strategies to attract top industry talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to understand personnel needs and develop staffing plans
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes with Store Managers
  • Support new hires and follow up on onboarding plans
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to identify employee development opportunities and create talent maps
  • Establish and communicate performance expectations and provide feedback to Store Managers
  • Act as a liaison between the store and HR management, providing necessary documentation and informing of contractual/condition changes
  • Ensure compliance with all labor policies and regulations
  • Handle HR-related matters such as complaints and disciplinary issues
  • Maintain updated salary investment forecast for the business plan
  • Collaborate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
  • Advise on salary equity and competitive benefits in the retail sector

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Proactivity and high energy and ambition with the project and its growth
  • Communicative, people-oriented, and empathetic person
  • Talent, commitment, and passion for work
  • Good communication and stakeholders management skills
  • Ability to take independent decisions after having analyzed the situation
  • Fluent English, Spanish, and French, another idiom is a plus
