Environmental Resources Management Iberia is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class recruiting services to meet the growing demand for talent in our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support hiring managers in identifying and attracting top talent.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to successful delivery.
- Produce regular recruitment updates and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in hiring for the Southern European market, with a preference for Spain and France.
- Proven track record of sourcing talent through research-based approaches.
- Ability to sell the company's story and vision to engage top talent.
- Strong working relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Adaptability and organizational skills to navigate changing business needs.
- Fluency in English and one or more market languages (French, Spanish, or Italian).
