The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of our organization and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Planning: Collaborate with Store Managers to understand personnel needs and develop staffing plans to ensure adequate employee availability during peak demand periods.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent, coordinate interviews and selection processes with Store Managers, and support new hires and follow up on onboarding plans.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with Store Managers to identify employee development opportunities, create talent maps and development policies for each store team, and establish and communicate performance expectations.
  • Administration and Labor Policies: Act as a liaison between the store and HR management, providing all necessary documentation and informing of any contractual/condition changes, and ensure compliance with all labor policies and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Maintain updated salary investment forecast for the business plan, collaborate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, and advise on salary equity and competitive benefits in the retail sector.
  • Organisational Culture: Foster a positive organisational culture aligned with company goals, collaborate on initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, and demonstrate talent, commitment, and passion for your work.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proactivity and high energy and ambition with the project and its growth
  • Communicative, people-oriented, and empathetic person
