The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for hiring top industry talent, cultivating our employer branding, and nurturing internal culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Planning: Collaborate with Store Managers to understand personnel needs, develop staffing plans and forecasts to ensure adequate employee availability during peak demand periods, and work with relevant productivity and KPIs for workforce scheduling.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent, coordinate interviews and selection processes with Store Managers, and support new hires and follow up on onboarding plans.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with Store Managers to identify employee development opportunities, create talent maps and development policies for each store team, establish and communicate performance expectations, and provide feedback and support to Store Managers to improve individual and team performance.
- Administration and Labor Policies: Act as a liaison between the store and HR management, providing all necessary documentation and informing of any contractual/condition changes, ensure compliance with all labor policies and regulations, and handle HR-related matters such as complaints and disciplinary issues.
- Compensation and Benefits: Maintain updated salary investment forecast for the business plan, collaborate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, and advise on salary equity and competitive benefits in the retail sector.
- Organisational Culture: Foster a positive organisational culture aligned with company goals, collaborate on initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, and promote a culture of innovation and growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proactivity and high energy and ambition with the project and its growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- A passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
