About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters and interns to achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality hiring results.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, and professional services sectors.
  • Collaborate with Talent Business Partners to create a culture of accountability and promote internal mobility within the organization.
  • Provide consultative support to leaders and stakeholders to anticipate and address client, candidate, and business needs.
  • Manage pipelines and proactively find talent to guide candidates through all stages of the interview process.
  • Develop and deliver Employer Branding Strategy and projects to enhance our employer value proposition.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a track record of building and managing Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Experience recruiting in media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, professional services, or other agency-style environments.
  • Ability to determine different recruitment strategies in response to market conditions, volume, and other hiring obstacles.
  • Strong solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or C1 level) and proficiency in English (High B2, C1 or more).
