We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the British Council. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent to support our organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hires for the British Council by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Recruit vacancies by deploying the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and advising on recruitment timelines and strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pools to support future recruitment needs.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality hires.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
