We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with our clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet their goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential
- Provide recruitment guidance and advice to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment solutions
**Requirements**
- Professionally bilingual in Spanish and English
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or corporate HR, preferably with a global organization
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG considered an asset
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles
- Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to write client-oriented communications and job descriptions
- Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size of one to fifteen
