Role Overview:

In this position, you will support the Local Partner Services team in Barcelona. Your responsibilities will include advising and consulting accommodation partners on their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. You will empower partners to effectively utilize Booking's systems, tools, and products to enhance their performance on our platform and deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with partners in your region via phone and internal messaging to support their business development, including market visits to your assigned portfolio.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, serving as their primary contact, addressing inquiries, and following up as necessary while evaluating local market characteristics, trends, and drivers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners through regular performance calls and communications to ensure they provide Booking's customers with optimal availability and competitive pricing.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Booking's products to effectively communicate their benefits and usage to partners.
  • Identify opportunities for partners that will enhance Booking's business by leveraging internal segmentation for prioritization.
  • Assist in identifying new potential partner leads and facilitate their follow-up.
  • Address customer service issues related to your portfolio and resolve them efficiently for the benefit of the business, partner, and customer.
  • Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners, and participate in partner events for your portfolio.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Experience or affinity with the e-commerce and/or travel industry.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated, adaptable, and open to change.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated area.
