The Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to work with us on a fixed-term contract. This position is based on a hybrid working model, working out of a remote office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide a mutually profitable, efficient, and professional fulfillment service.
- Work in partnership with clients to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Oversee the operational aspects of client accounts, including team management and budget forecasting.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop products and services that meet client needs.
- Coordinate the production of products and services to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services management in a busy corporate environment.
- Experience in POS/Print and blue chip compliance environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bi-lingual language skills, with proficiency in English and another language.
- Knowledge of PSP/Permanent display and premiums/gadgets global business understanding capabilities.
- Excellent team working skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
