Overview of the Position:
In this role, you will engage with one of the leading retail corporations in the nation, managing their account with a focus on strategic media initiatives.
As a Client Relationship Manager , your expertise in strategy formulation, planning, and execution of media campaigns across diverse channels will be essential. The agency is committed to fostering your professional growth through training and mentorship from experienced leaders. Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients and external stakeholders is a critical aspect of this position.
Daily Responsibilities:
Cultivating a direct partnership with the client's marketing division, Crafting a comprehensive strategy alongside media rationales, Implementing optimal applications of strategic directives, Overseeing the global coordination of the brand's product lines, Collaborating with the Planning Unit for media campaign development and procurement, Assessing requirements and characteristics needed to meet defined goals, Tracking and evaluating performance against objectives, Managing budgetary oversight for your brands and coordinating billing approvals, Proposing enhancements for improved outcomes, Administering all market resources, Engaging with media contacts,Candidate Profile:
Desired Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or approximately 4 years of client management experience demonstrating a strong client focus, A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in planning or management roles, ideally with international accounts, Proficient multimedia capabilities and extensive knowledge in media planning, particularly in a digital context, Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), which will be evaluated during the interview process, Excellent communication skills, with a dynamic, adaptable, and proactive approach, Strong strategic thinking abilities,Additional Assets:
Familiarity with media planning tools such as InstarAnalytics, TOM Micro/Galileo, etc., Previous experience as an Account Manager in Media Agencies for at least 2 years, Proven leadership and team management skills, A consistent drive for results, Openness to innovation and change.-
