Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product, Technology Team, and other stakeholders to identify customer and business needs, and develop product strategies to address them.
  • Own the product roadmap for one or more products, driving the development of new features, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development of product strategies that align with business goals, ensuring seamless integration with other teams.
  • Manage the scaling of our business by improving the existing proposition, owning product discovery and new product development, and working with Sales to showcase product benefits.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in product development, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to drive business growth through product innovation and improvement.
