Customer Success Manager

We're a fast-growing, early-stage startup looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard new clients to our platform
- Project management and workshops with customers
- Data analysis, data scraping, and data cleaning
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Marketing, and Sales Teams)
- Support with product development and process implementation
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of cloud-based software tools (SaaS)
- Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
