ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Human Resources Operations Trainee to join our expanding HR team. This position will report directly to the Group HR Business Partner and collaborate closely with both the Group HR team and local HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Operations Trainee will serve as a bridge between employees, HR, various business units, and service providers. A strong customer-centric approach, confident communication skills, and the ability to work independently while being an effective team player are essential.

Responsibilities include:

Facilitating onboarding processes in both English and Spanish, including managing necessary documentation and coordinating with hiring managers to prepare Welcome Plans. Maintaining databases, tracking systems, reports, and various HR documentation. Addressing basic HR inquiries from employees. Supporting the administrative functions of HR processes. Managing invoices related to HR activities.

Qualifications include:

A degree or relevant technical qualifications with a proven track record. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. An open-minded, flexible, and dynamic work attitude. A high level of confidentiality, trust, and maturity. Previous experience in an HR department is advantageous, along with a solid understanding of HR matters. Experience in an international company, particularly in a start-up-like environment, is a plus.

Languages Required:

Fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish.
