We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Namsa. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and manage the full cycle of hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • HR Operations: Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration, employee onboarding, and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall work experience.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy, customer service-oriented mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and ability to learn new technology and applications quickly.
  • Language Skills: Native local language, fluent in English, and other languages are a plus.
