Key Responsibilities
The Group HR Operations Trainee will serve as a bridge between employees, HR, various business areas, and service providers. A strong customer focus, confident communication skills, and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team are essential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating company onboarding processes in both English and Spanish (including managing all necessary documentation for new hires, coordinating with hiring managers to prepare Welcome Plans, etc.).
- Maintaining databases, tracking systems, reports, and various HR documents (e.g., organizational charts).
- Addressing basic HR inquiries from employees.
- Supporting the administrative functions of HR department processes.
- Managing invoices related to HR department activities (e.g., employee benefits, company plans, etc.).
