ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Operations Intern to become a vital part of our expanding HR Team. This position will report directly to the HR Business Partners and will collaborate closely with the HR department.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth of ESML and contribute to the development of HR strategies and best practices at a group level.

Key Responsibilities

This role serves as an excellent platform for a talented individual to engage in various critical HR initiatives and international projects, working in close partnership with the International HRBP Team.

The primary tasks and projects include:

HR Core Processes: Support the team by tracking process statuses, deadlines, and communications. Data Management: Responsible for creating and updating reports related to headcount, new hires, internal mobility, and exit interviews. HR Systems (Workday): Conduct data quality checks, monitor task completion, and maintain organizational structures. Support for Technical Employees: Address ad-hoc requests and provide assistance regarding processes. Communication: Draft communications regarding organizational changes and HR topics, and update distribution lists. Other activities as required.

Graduate or relevant technical qualifications with a proven track record of success. Previous experience in an HR department is advantageous, with a solid understanding of HR matters. Experience in an international company, preferably in a start-up-like environment. Ability to work meticulously with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in administrative tasks. Advanced IT skills, particularly in managing share points and intranets. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is beneficial. Open-minded, flexible, and dynamic approach to work. High degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, trust, and maturity.
