We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Development Specialist to join our team at LVMH Watches & Jewelry. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of various HR activities, including recruitment, talent development, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Participate in recruitment processes to identify top talent
- Review and evaluate candidate CVs and cover letters
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Human Resources Planning and Organization:
- Manage employee files and maintain an up-to-date personnel database
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents and reports
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Administration:
- Update and maintain various software systems, including My People Hub, Data base for Spain, PREVINET, Learning Lab, and LinkedIn Learning
- Prepare and send necessary documents to new employees before their first day
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
- Experience and Knowledge:
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably as a trainee
- University education in Law, Labour Relations, and HR or Psychology
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
- Language Skills:
- Fluent English
- Native/Bilingual Spanish
- French is a plus
- Skills and Competencies:
- Autonomous and self-motivated individual with initiative
- Ability to resolve unexpected issues and challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
