Job Summary

As a Human Resources Specialist at Resource Group - Training, you will be responsible for managing the screening process procedures and standards, proposing the implementation of client Group HR Policies, and defining HR Flow Charts & procedures as requested. You will also support the implementation of Resource Consulting Spain Policies and Procedures, develop and implement HR Strategies, and service upon the directions of the HR appointed stakeholder. Additionally, you will instigate the company culture and values based on client HR Director instructions, conduct staff company inductions as required, and compile and revise HR and Joining FAQs and Useful information. You will also coordinate international payroll and internal staff costing models, support the creation and update of HR related contents in ARA Portal, and design a strategic recruitment model. Furthermore, you will implement outsourcing models, create ad hoc consultancy reports, organize assessments, coaching, career development, and legal procedures, and evaluate and manage staff performance upon client systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting compliance, and supporting accounts invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the screening process procedures and standards

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Spanish
• High level of written and spoken English – C1 Level or similar
