Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Croatian labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Lead the recruitment process for senior roles, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance review processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with Croatian labor laws, GDPR regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and track key HR metrics.
  • Lead or support HR-related change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, or new policy implementations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion strategies to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and action plans to improve organizational morale.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, at least 2 years in an HR role, preferably in an international or Croatian organization.
  • Deep understanding of Croatian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior management and employees at all levels.
  • Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Croatian (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
