Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Newell Brands. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving key account execution in the FDM market sector and delivering top-line sales revenue for our brands in northern Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Manage assigned accounts directly, ensuring our products are available to the right customers and aligning with our brand strategy.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies to achieve outstanding results for Newell Brands.
  3. Trade Spend Management: Manage trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the promotional calendar, ensuring optimal ROI for our brands.
  4. Sales Forecasting: Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy.
  5. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level, and facilitate connectivity with other functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken).
