Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Talent Search People.
About the Role
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities. You will generate, qualify, nurture, and handover leads and opportunities, and regularly review the lead pipeline and progression.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B relationships
- Experience in managing and executing outbound/inbound activities
- Proven sales drive and good IT/business software knowledge
- Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business context
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Level C2) and Danish (Level C2)
