Inside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our line of business accounts through expanding client relationships, developing solutions, and prospecting with non-users of our CommScope Ruckus portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Prospect and engage with new business opportunities to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and meet customer needs
- Manage and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
- High level of English and almost native level of German
- Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle
- Proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships
