About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
