We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance solutions and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients.
- Insurance Solutions: Promote our insurance solutions and key features to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Consulting: Provide sales consulting services to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
- Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Language: Native English speaker or 100% language mastery and fluency.
- Experience: 2-4 years relevant sales consulting experience.
- Insurance Industry: Exposure to the insurance industry is highly desired.
- System Delivery: Experience in large scale system delivery, preferably for insurance core full life cycle implementations (a plus).
- Sales Experience: Experience promoting and selling large scale system implementations.
- Negotiation: At least 2 years of experience in negotiation with C-level decision makers.
- Software Solutions: Experience in the commercial area of software and/or hardware solutions and corporate account management.
- Project Management: Knowledge and/or experience in Project Management.
- Customer Management: Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar packages for customer and sales management.
- Project Team: Familiar with project management thanks to previous exposure to at least one large business integration effort and project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
