Business Development Specialist

As a Business Consultant at Merkle, you will be part of a dynamic consulting team responsible for driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Execute cross-functional projects according to project plans under the guidance of senior management, working closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project goals.
- Deliverables and Presentations: Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations, collaborating with team members to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and presentations, and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Client Needs Assessment: Utilize consultative selling skills to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Proposal Development: Support in structuring proposal narratives and presentations to effectively showcase Merkle's capabilities and solutions.
- Proposal Alignment: Assist in ensuring proposals are coherent, clear, and aligned with client expectations and company offerings.
- Market Analysis: Identify and develop offerings that dynamically respond to evolving market needs.
- Team Development: Foster team growth and ongoing training to stay at the forefront of best practices and emerging trends.
- Internal Advocacy: Advocate internally for the value and capabilities of our new team, actively collaborating with other functions to ensure organizational alignment and support.
