Key Responsibilities- Process Leadership: Lead and enhance existing sales compensation processes, including target setting, achievement tracking, sales incentive design, and SPIFF programs.
- Compensation Strategy: Assume the role of the foremost proponent for the compensation plan strategy within the organization, making recommendations for compensation plan designs and gathering feedback from commercial teams.
- Quarterly Target Setting and Achievement: Own the quarterly target setting and achievement processes, ensuring that all eligible individuals have accurate and timely targets and achievements.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Design and drive the quarterly scheduling process, managing communication within and outside of the team, and engaging with senior leaders to gain insights into commercial team requirements.
- Knowledge Management: Identify areas of education needed to improve process efficiency and quality, design training materials, and drive training cadence, as well as maintain our public knowledge management space.
- Business Acumen: Strong business sense and ability to handle a multitasking environment with prioritization.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in sales compensation processes, Salesforce, and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
