Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to lead the development of our retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Direct and indirect management of 5-6 team members, with a focus on developing their skills and performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales business plan for the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of defined key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales coverage, distribution, and promotional execution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends, and use this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Perfect Store Concept: Implement the Perfect Store Concept in retail and impulse accounts, ensuring that stores meet Red Bull's standards for product display, merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Rotating Coverage Model: Develop and implement a rotating coverage model to ensure that all relevant accounts are visited regularly and that sales teams are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Training and Development: Provide regular training and coaching to the sales team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and review team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the territory, ensuring that expenses are aligned with business objectives and that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Culture and Values: Embed Red Bull's culture and values in the sales team, ensuring that they are aware of and committed to the company's mission and values.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years' experience in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of the market, including consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Education: Middle/High Studies in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory).
