Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and driving the development of retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area. Your goal will be to activate selling and implement agreed Perfect Store and WvsC standards, while working closely with the team to transfer Red Bull Culture and Values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Field Sales Business Field for the assigned territory.
  • Manage the Field Sales Team, ensuring the achievement of defined KP targets, including fore coverage, distribution, additional sort placements, cashier coolers, and promotional execution.
  • Define the relevant universe that should be covered by the Field Sales Team and develop the store universe through active selling and the implementation of the Perfect Store Concept.
  • Ensure the Field Sales Team has all relevant information to perform their function and that all relevant Field Sales Tools are being correctly used.
  • Constantly measure and review the team's performance against KPI targets for the territory, providing regular and constructive feedback and effectively managing poor performance.
  • Translate Red Bull Values and Culture to the team, train and develop the team to maximize each team member's contribution and potential, and establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment.

Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in FMCG sector.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
  • Clear understanding of the market sales & distribution, competitor activity as well as consumer behavior in FMCG context.
  • Commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point...) skills.
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Management reporting and budget control.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Middle/High Studies (business, marketing or similar).
