Sales Planning Manager Role Overview
The Sales Planning Manager will be responsible for the entire regional monthly forecast process. This role requires an analytical mindset and passion for numbers, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand market dynamics and trends, and translate this information into accurate market size models.
- Understand sales cycle planning and product initiatives, and incorporate this information into the latest sales outlook.
- Collect and prepare historical data to support forecast development and accuracy.
- Generate baseline forecasts for the market, ensuring all business drivers are captured and integrated.
- Forecast performance review and learning, aligning with the Sales Operations Team and central Demand Planning team.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in demand and/or supply planning, insight, or commercial analytical role in an international environment.
- Thriving on analyzing complex information, including different data sources.
- Analytical mindset and passion for numbers, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to play an active role in an international team working across multiple time zones.
