Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with expertise in Retail Media to support the rapid adoption of our Mirakl Ads solution and contribute to our growth in the EMEA region.

Your Impact

In this role, you will play a key part in developing a go-to-market sales strategy, pursuing retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads, and overseeing the entire sales cycle. You will also gain thorough knowledge of our solutions and effectively communicate key KPIs to attract and grow partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a sales strategy in alignment with quarterly objectives.
  2. Pursue retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads within your assigned geographic area.
  3. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  4. Gain thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions and effectively communicate key KPIs.
  5. Establish yourself as a reliable advisor in the Retail Media sector.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to pursue opportunities and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  7. Establish and nurture relationships within prospect organizations.
  8. Drive revenue through new customer acquisition using a solution-selling approach.
  9. Maintain up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM.
  10. Take responsibility for building and maintaining an adequate sales pipeline.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. 8+ years of sales experience, with a preference for 4+ years in the software industry.
  2. Some experience managing a sales team successfully.
  3. Essential experience in Retail Media.
  4. A BA degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is desirable.
  5. Demonstrated ability to expedite the sales cycle, aligning with quarterly rhythms.
  6. In-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends.
  7. Proficiency in business sales situations requiring demonstration of ROI.
  8. Proven work ethic with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  9. Robust negotiation and influencing skills; comfort in a role with a sales quota.
  10. Excellent verbal/written skills and proficiency in English.
