We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our SAP Cloud Success organization, you will play a critical role in creating an industry-leading virtual customer engagement experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to optimize customer onboarding and adoption processes, improve renewal rates, increase customer satisfaction, and champion customer success through a consistent, efficient, scalable methodology across different SAP cloud lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard New Customers: Conduct virtual onboarding sessions, share important SAP resources, and assist customers in case of showstoppers and roadblocks.
- Drive Customer Adoption: Engage 1:1 with priority customers, execute 1:many initiatives, and pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and Leverage Stakeholder Network: Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to support customer success.
- Analyze and Interpret Customer Data: Prioritize customer engagements based on data-driven insights.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, managing complex customer relationships.
- Previous experience working with SAP cloud SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Experience managing high volumes of customer engagements and working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
