Job Summary

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the General Manager's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, including managing the diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling confidential matters.
  • Communication and Coordination: Screen and handle telephone calls, appointments, mails, and emails, and take action accordingly. Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager.
  • Correspondence and Travel Arrangements: Prepare and manage correspondences with internal and external parties for General Manager's signature. Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently and prepare detailed travel files accordingly.
  • Record Keeping and Filing: Maintain systematic up-to-date filing and tracing systems. Maintain and update Executive Committee and Department Heads' personal files kept in the General Manager's office.
  • Financial Data Reports: Prepare monthly financial data reports.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters/issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism and project a positive image of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma education.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of secretarial experience with at least 1 year serving at the senior management level.
  • Language Skills: Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Competencies: Good communication and customer contact skills. Service-oriented with an eye for details. Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team. Self-motivated and energetic. Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
