Job Summary

Our Front Desk Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at The Madrid Edition. This role involves processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing reports in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete reports and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
