Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of receptionists to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and team performance.
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure quality and appropriateness of customer service provided.
    • Maintain Front Office log book and shift reports.
    • Liaise with other departments for the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing position.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
