About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting guests with reservations, room assignments, and other hotel services, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Working collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
- A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
