We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations and inquiries, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle reservations and inquiries using the Opera reservation system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at the front desk, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
- Ensure all processes are followed with attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel front desk experience is essential, preferably with an Accor brand.
- Experience using the Opera reservation system is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
