Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Associate at Accorhotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service, making every guest feel valued and cared for.
Key Tasks:
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle online and phone reservations with precision
- Welcome guests, assign rooms, and provide information about hotel amenities
- Respond to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in English and Spanish, with any additional languages being a plus. You should possess a strong team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of customer needs.
