Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Complete a wide variety of front office tasks, ensuring every day is different and engaging.
  • Log all guest requests to ensure timely fulfillment, following up with relevant team members as needed.
  • Assist and direct guests with local attractions and directions, providing insider knowledge and recommendations.
  • Securely store and deliver guest luggage, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities, driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
