**Job Overview**

The Regional Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development of new and existing relationships with key partners. This includes estate agents, independent financial advisors, and property portals.

**Key Performance Areas**

  • New Partner Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key partners.
  • Prospecting and Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Pitching and Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure new business.
  • Agreement and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage agreements and contracts with key partners.
  • Partnership Development: Foster and develop strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships.
  • Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators to drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of consistently hitting key performance indicators.
  • Consistently demonstrates the Smart Group values (Customer Service, Owning your own development, Working as a team, Growth Mindset, Taking Responsibility and Owning the conversation).
  • Experience in affiliate marketing campaigns is desirable.
  • The ability to influence and drive performance.
  • Experience of working in a sales environment is essential for this new business sales role.
