Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical support to clients, answering their questions and resolving issues related to our platform.
- Process Optimization: Optimize and automate processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Product Advocacy: Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and providing feedback to improve our services.
- Payment Specialist: Serve as a payment specialist for clients, helping them optimize their accounts and grow their business using our platform.
- Problem-Solving: Provide technical and operational assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues via various channels.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and set yourself as a role model for the team.
- Technical Interest: Have affinity for or a strong interest in technical and operational processes, actively seeking answers to what you don't know.
- Experience: Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a definite plus.
- Language Skills: Speak and write English fluently; additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Education: Preferred if you are a Diploma holder or a University graduate.
