As part of our Shared Services Centre in Barcelona, we are seeking an O2C Purchase Order Administrator fluent in both French and English. This role is integral to our Order to Cash (O2C) team within the Global Transactional Finance function.
Position Overview:
The O2C Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the O2C department by managing key activities such as Purchase Order Management, resolving disputes, and providing general assistance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Collection: Gather purchase orders from diverse sources, including clients, sales teams, and online platforms.
- Data Entry: Input purchase order details accurately into the order management system.
- Order Verification: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of purchase orders, adhering to company standards.
- Order Tracking: Maintain a tracking system for purchase order statuses, including confirmations, shipping, and delivery details.
- Communication: Work collaboratively with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues regarding purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in purchase order processing or a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with order-to-cash processes is advantageous.
