Order Fulfilment Specialist

Aristocrat Technologies Spain S. L. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our production team. As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work to an assigned daily schedule and daily output target provided by the Production Team Lead.
- Accurately prepare machines to the specification of a customer order work instruction.
- Read and comprehend BOM instructions, complete material requisition and material return forms.
- Convert machines to specification as per instructions from the Production Team Lead and relevant paperwork.
- Keep records of technical specification including individual customer notes so that repeat orders can be identically set up if required.
- Complete build paperwork for all completed units in a timely and legible fashion.
- Understand company policies and make the Production Team Lead aware of the potential for any unapproved software or hardware installed.
- Familiarize yourself with the service/parts manuals and additional technical notes.
- Understand the history of the Company and customer base, and keep up to date with new product releases.
- Organize the packing of stock and machine orders, making the Production Team Lead aware of packing material shortages.
- Maintain the warehouse in a presentable and tidy state at all times.
- Assist with stock taking as deemed relevant throughout the calendar year.
- Assist with organizing the storage and packing of stock machines and parts in identifiable locations.
- Perform general duties as instructed by the Production Team Lead, including maintenance duties throughout the premises.
- Be fully accountable for all equipment and tools, including provision of general maintenance.
- Work as an effective member of the team, ensuring personal behavior conforms to Aristocrat's Code of Conduct.
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
- Mature approach and professional presentation.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to relate to and communicate with all other associates.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Ability to be a strong team player in a demanding situation.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with company and venue OH&S policies, procedures, and regulations, including the health, safety, and welfare of all employees, visitors, and contractors.
- 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Qualification in Electrical engineering would be deemed an advantage.
- Friendly and positive personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to configure machines while ensuring the customer receives a product that is of the highest quality and in accordance with their requirements (subject to compliance restrictions).
- Be fully aware that the customers are defined as: The Paying Customer, The Internal Customer, your colleague whom is the recipient of your work.
- Comply and be aware of the Aristocrat Corporate procedures manuals.
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
- Mature approach and professional presentation.
- Ability to work autonomously and to multi-task.
- Excel computer literacy with regards to: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
