We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tender Specialist to join our Customer Service team at Danaher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all sales operations activities, including tender and contracts management, new account activations, and ad hoc project support.
Key Responsibilities- Tender and Contract Management: Prepare and submit tender/contract responses, including all related documents and sub-processes, in line with the commercial strategy, ensuring timely submission.
- Contract Creation and Follow-up: Responsible for creation and follow-up of Service and Rental contracts, ensuring prices are created in ERP and dealing with annual renewals.
- Customer Support: Work with Sales Team when contracts are due for renewal or expired, demonstrating high commitment in resolving customer issues and responding to enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of related work experience.
- Relevant experience in customer service focused on Order and Tender Management.
- Deep knowledge of electronic platforms (MEPA, Sintel).
- Experience with SAP and a CRM system such as SFDC.
- Good command of MS Office package, especially Excel.
- Italian mother tongue and very good English.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
