**Job Summary**

This role is for a highly driven and motivated individual with operational experience and an innovative, hands-on approach. As an Operations Specialist in our EU External Fulfilment team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sites' hourly performance, providing operational guidance to 3PL providers, and resolving system discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and analyze sites' hourly performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide operational guidance to 3PL providers to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Resolve system discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
  • Act as a communication bridge between 3PL providers and Amazon stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
  • Mitigate CX risk by supporting CPT management, resolving OB errors, and managing shipment cancellations
  • Upload critical data for supply chain and transportation visibility to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Support with AFTx launches and migration with SME expertise, implementing required tasks for further operational support

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Experience working with data
  • B2/C1 English level

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Knowledge in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.
