The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Order Processing Support Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customer purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into our systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage logistic claims from customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Solve logistic incidents arising from the commercial department, working collaboratively to find solutions.
- Drive and promote an e-service for tracking and tracing orders, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
- Manage orders from EDI systems and web shops, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide updates on order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and backorders.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent customer orientation and service mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices, with a strong team work attitude.
