We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery
  • Process and validate orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Monitor and report on order status and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order management processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Minimum 1 year experience in order management or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
