About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Order Management team as an Order Management Support Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific by ensuring smooth and efficient order processing.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and familiarize yourself with automation tools such as EDI and Esker through guided training sessions and self-directed learning.
  • Support the implementation of new configurations of the tools through master data uploads, testing and documenting best practices with careful supervision from the order management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate new functionality or feedback on support requests.
  • Explore the adaptation of AI related to order management to improve process and gain efficiencies.
  • Data analysis of customers' order entry history and support requests, to build customers' digital profile and segmentation of different clusters.
  • Provide custom-made solutions/paths to improve automation level and efficiency of his order-to-cash process in alignment with customer's sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • Strong interest in automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
  • Self-starter: ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple tasks and complete assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users orally and in written format.
  • Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Language required: Fluent English.
