Key Responsibilities- Manage designated team workflows to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets.
- Process and input orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Validate orders and pricing, maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Manage customer details, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Escalate issues promptly and professionally, maintaining open communication with the team leader.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting, capturing performance trends and actionable insights.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Native or full-professional level of Dutch language proficiency.
- Full professional level of English language proficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance organization.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Results-driven and target-oriented.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
