Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic region, focusing on strategic territory accounts that align with our company's goals.
- Account Management: Develop and execute account plans for high-priority accounts, working closely with channel partners, technical sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver unique business value.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets, leveraging ROI sales methodologies, value selling, and positioning value.
- Forecasting: Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of business performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customer success teams to identify and pursue renewal business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted accounts, either with or on behalf of channel partners.
- Customer Experience: Build trust with customers by understanding their needs, setting expectations, and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Nordic language skills (Swedish or Danish) are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
